Is National Commercial Services in full compliance with the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)?

Yes. Our employees are thoroughly tested and must sign a statement of compliance with FDCPA on their first day on the job. Each manager acts as a compliance supervisor while monitoring collectors, in addition to keeping current with any changes and updates to FDCPA guidelines.

How long will it take to recover my accounts and when do I receive the funds?

The length of time and likelihood of recovery depend on the type of account and how much time has elapsed at the time of placement with us. A remittance will generally be processed on the 20th of the following month. This process can be modified to meet your company’s financial timetable.

Are there any sign-up fees or charges in advance?

No. We are a contingency based company meaning there are no costs incurred until we successfully recover your funds. We don’t get paid until you do.

What information does National Commercial Services need to collect my account?

We require the debtor’s name, address, telephone number, date of invoice, amount due and copy of your most recent statement to start collections. All other documents and information you have will only help us collect on your accounts.
