NCS’s has developed its own unique proprietary claim handling process that is above industry standards unique to NCS that securely moves claims throughout the workflow process from placement up to resolution. Detail-driven file review validates contact information, skip traces, searches for assets, and sends claims for license suspension to ensure that claims are ready for assignment to product specific recovery specialists within days of placement.
End-to-End Recovery Process: Involving Uninsured parties, Carrier Negotiations and Legal Action
All recovery efforts begin in the Resolution Call Center. Here the account undergoes a dedicated collections process and protocol where claims are assigned to product specific Auto, Property, and Commercial Recovery Departments.
When carriers fail to accept liability, NCS has its own Arbitration Department, enabling NCS to file claims against Signatory ARB Forums Carriers as a last resort for recovery after all attempts for resolution fail.
When all Call Center efforts are exhausted, the claims are forwarded to our In-house Legal Department for review to see if a claim qualifies for suit and is collectible. If determined suitworthy, a notice is sent to the Client for approval and once approved, the account is forwarded to a National Network Attorney to file lawsuits across the country.
NCS services also include post-judgment recovery, the most difficult part of the legal process. A judgment can and will be ignored if proper action is not initiated. At NCS, judgments are immediately recorded and followed up with employment and asset verification. Once verified, the judgment recovery process proceeds with positive results.
