Background ​

National Commercial Services is located in Los Angeles, CA, with offices in Fort Worth, TX, Atlanta, GA, Appleton, WI, and Detroit, MI. NCS was incorporated in 1996, by President/CEO: Zoran Jovanovski as a stand-alone entity. He was joined in partnership by SVP/COO Natalie Mansour in 1999. NCS specializes in the expert execution of all aspects of subrogation tort-based recovery and commercial work servicing large national carriers, smaller regional carriers, and diverse commercial businesses throughout the country.

Zoran

Zoran Jovanovski President and Executive Vice President

 Zoran possesses dual degrees in Marketing and Business Management founded NCS in 1991 as an adjunct to his construction business. Building the collection agency from that aspect, Zoran learned the practice and procedure of commercial and subrogation recovery who incorporated NCS as its own entity on June 13, 1996.

With 30+ years of industry experience, Zoran leads NCS with a strong focus on innovation, and results. Zoran globally oversees the entire organization and is responsible for all budgeting and financial matters. 

Natalie

Natalie Mansour Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Natalie is a graduate at UCLA whose course study emphasized Business, Mathematics, and  Computer Science. 

Post-Graduate, Natalie started her career in the legal space receiving strong references from Los Angeles area attorneys. After Initiating several projects on her own, she entered into a business venture with Zoran and joined NCS in 1998. First developing new business and sales divisions., Natalie quickly elevated the scope of her position to oversight of daily operations.  

With 27+ years of industry experience, Natalie is actively involved in day-to-day operations and works closely with Operational Management. Her leadership guarantees precision, professionalism, and continuous service excellence across all departments.  In the effort to improve our processes, she continually adapts AI into our strategy to ensure proper handling of placements from inception to conclusion. The strategy involves extensive, detail driven file review proprietary to NCS that has produced exceptional recovery performance in head-to-head comparisons for our clients.
