Uninsured Auto

NCS deals with property damages sustained on your automobile along with your medical expenses, and other losses resulting from an accident caused by an uninsured driver. We utilize police reports, photos of damages, road conditions,  injuries, and facts of loss documented at the scene of the accident including information from all witnesses.

An important part of our UM recovery process involves the License Suspension Department who send suspension documents to DMV’s throughout the country for license suspension, which are used in negotiating an amicable payment solution. In order to reinstate the license, we must receive repayment of the balance in full, negotiate a settlement, or set up a mutually agreed to payment.
