NCS recovers funds when dollars are paid to claimants by two different insurance companies on the same claim erroneously when neither carrier is aware of each other’s payment. Knowingly, the claimant cashes the checks believing they have received free money.  Upon discovery, we contact the claimant and demand repayment of the funds balance in full, set up payment plans or file judgments on them.
